Your information stays in Europe
Our clients share sensitive business information with us. That information stays in Europe, under European law.
All client data is stored and processed on our own server in Germany, with a daily backup. The tools that hold your data are European and self hosted.
Documents run on OnlyOffice. Email on Mailbox.org. Video calls on OpenTalk. File storage on Hetzner Storageshare. Project management on OpenProject. The client database on EspoCRM. All on our server in Germany.
We are GDPR first by design. We are also removing the few US services still in our path, one by one.
Where we make exceptions
We are honest about what is not yet fully European. Two tools sit at the edges of how we work. Neither stores your data.
Claude, made by Anthropic, for AI work. We control where files sit, so client data stays on our servers in Europe. We do not upload sensitive client information to it. The processing runs on Anthropic’s infrastructure, not entirely within Europe. Anthropic does not train its models on the work of paid users. Your work does not feed the model.
Cloudflare, for the network edge. It routes traffic and protects the site from attack. No data is stored there. Everything is stored and processed in Europe. A European edge provider is the last item on our roadmap.
The data stays in Europe. The routing and the thinking happen at the edges. Nothing we do trades your privacy for convenience.
